SHORT MESSAGING SERVICE (SMS) TERMS
allGeo TM SERVICES PLATFORM (a Service by Abaqus Inc.)

PURPOSE
The allGeo Services Platform may enable SMS (Short Message Service) communications to support workforce management and operational workflows. Messaging functionality may be provided directly by Abaqus or through customer-configured integrations using the allGeo platform and APIs.
TYPES OF MESSAGES
Messages may include operational notifications such as:
Job assignments and dispatch updates
Schedule changes
Time & attendance confirmations
Break or overtime alerts
Compliance or safety reminders
Administrative system notifications
allGeo does not use SMS messaging for independent third-party marketing.
CONSENT AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers enabling SMS features are responsible for obtaining appropriate notice, acknowledgments, and consents from employees or end users prior to sending messages through the allGeo Services.
ENDING MESSAGE DELIVERY
Recipients may reply STOP to cease receiving SMS messages from the relevant short or long code. Upon receipt of a valid STOP request, no further SMS messages will be sent from that code unless the recipient later opts back in.
RESTARTING MESSAGING
Recipients who previously opted out may reply RESTART to resume messaging from the applicable short or long code.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CARRIER DISCLAIMER
Message frequency may vary based on customer configuration. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
IN-APP MESSAGING
The allGeo Services may include in-application messaging functionality to support operational communications, job coordination, compliance notifications, and workforce management workflows. In-app messages are delivered within the application environment and are not subject to carrier SMS delivery rules. Customers are responsible for configuring in-app messaging features and for providing appropriate notice to employees or end users regarding the use of such communications.
In-app message content and metadata are processed in accordance with the allGeo Privacy Policy.
DATA USE
Phone numbers and messaging metadata are processed solely to deliver service-related communications in accordance with the allGeo Privacy Policy. allGeo does not sell SMS data or use it for unrelated marketing purposes.
